Lisa Martynuik established MSVA in November of 2001 having 8 years experience in the administrative, office management and bookkeeping fields at that time. Working with different types and sizes of companies in the electronics industry from distribution to services and manufacturing, Lisa gained valuable experience in every aspect of business management.
Lisa understands the different needs small, medium and corporate businesses have and her ability to adapt to the changing needs of growing companies has enabled her to continuously expand her list of dedicated clients.

Michelle Heinze Michelle is a bookkeeper and supporting member to Lisa on the MSVA team. With 15 years of office administrative experience in various industries, Michelle has gained valuable experience in a diversity of supporting roles. Most recently Michelle worked in the accounting department of a media advertising company and completed accounting courses through Seneca College. Her focus on customer service and attention to detail ensure a positive experience with MSVA. |

Karen Strumos Karen is a bookkeeper on the MSVA team. She graduated from the Small Business Accounting Program at Seneca College and has many years of experience operating her own business. Her corporate background includes work in the areas of customer service, collections and new accounts. Karen has worked in corporations such as American Express and TD Canada Trust. Her focus is on customer service, details and problem solving for the small business, creating a positive relationship with MSVA. |

Patricia Orton, Toronto Associate Having experience in the hospitality and customer service industries, Patricia has a firm understanding of how hard it can be to keep it all running smoothly on your own. Being born and raised in Downtown Toronto, she also knows how fast paced and complex work can be. Having wanted to manage her own work life balance, she has joined the MSVA team to help others to do the same. Patricia has the skills to help a wide variety of businesses owners keep their bookkeeping and administration in order.
