Lisa Martynuik established MSVA in November of 2001 having 8 years experience in the administrative, office management and bookkeeping fields at that time. Working with different types and sizes of companies in the electronics industry from distribution to services and manufacturing, Lisa gained valuable experience in every aspect of business management.

Lisa understands the different needs small, medium and corporate businesses have and her ability to adapt to the changing needs of growing companies has enabled her to continuously expand her list of dedicated clients.

		Melissa Augusto, Associate Melissa has an HBA from the University of Western Ontario with 13 years experience in her field. She provides expert administrative and bookkeeping support with focus in Word, Excel, FrontPage, QuickBooks, Publisher and PhotoShop software.
		Dagmar Schoenrock, Associate dagmars@ms-va.com Dagmar is a bookkeeper on the MSVA team. She graduated from the Business Administration Program at Seneca College, majoring in Accounting. Dagmar has worked internationally for a variety of large service industry corporations such as Four Seasons Hotels and Lufthansa German Airlines. Her focus on customer service and attention to detail ensure a positive experience with MSVA.
		Pamela Weir, Associate pamelaw@ms-va.com Specializing in Copywriting, Marketing & Public Relations, Pamela has spent the last 10 years studying, developing and creating communications campaigns for businesses of all sizes.
